Almost instantaneous response (less that a few hours). The fiber line to house was severed by a utility team. After a call to Infinium, a crew showed up, trenches, and completed a new installation of the cable. Robert E with Infinium completed the final install and verified operability of all repairs. Every person and every tasked was completed with professionalism and the work site and trenching showed very little disturbance to the area.
We had fiber installed a couple of months ago and have had zero issues since the install with the service itself or workmanship of the install after it was completed. The service is much faster and more reliable to any other service provider we have had in our area.
